Even when the weather shifts, our support for you doesn’t. Your comfort and safety comes first. So whether we’re meeting in the office, online, or adjusting for safety, your wellbeing remains our top priority. Check below for today’s winter weather status and each clinician’s availability.
Winter Weather Status Updates
We use a color-coded status for each clinician for quick clarity. This page will be updated by 7 am on days where the weather may create questions about whether we are open and your options for your session. Any updates throughout the day will take place at 9 am, Noon and 3 pm. Updates will only take place on days when there is a threat of extreme cold, snow, or ice.
You are always welcome to message us on your portal or text us at 479-481-4156 with any questions as well.

🟢 Open — Sessions In Person, or as previously scheduled

🟡 Telehealth Only — Building is closed or your clinician is unable to make it to the office and sessions have been moved to telehealth.

🔴 Closed — Sessions Canceled or will be rescheduled.
The Telehealth Option
When roads are icy or snow covered, you can still meet with your therapist from the comfort of home. If we have moved your session to telehealth, go to your hippa-secured portal at https://www.therapyportal.com/p/pathways72713/. Login using your signon and password. You will find the telehealth link to log in. You will need a private place for your session with reliable internet connection, audio, and video. A computer, tablet, or phone should work just fine. If you don’t remember your signon or need a password reset text or call the office.
Our status is based on what each individual clinician is able to accommodate. If you have a different need please message us on the portal or via text.

What You Can Expect on Extreme Cold, Snow & Ice Days
Your safety matters. On winter weather days, we decide status based on:
- What we know about road conditions in Benton & Washington Counties
- Public safety alerts from government officials
- Safety of clients and staff
- Whether the building and parking lots are accessible
We will have this page updated by 7 am, or earlier for morning sessions and again at 9 am, Noon and 3 pm as conditions warrant. Depending on the situation, we may know our plans the evening before a winter weather event. If that is the case, this page will be updated between 8 pm and 10 pm.
